Job Summary :
This is a leadership Role for Consultative solutioning to drive growth in Core Guidewire and ecosystem services in US and Canada. With multiple carriers adopting Guidewire or migrating to Guidewire Cloud Platform it is paramount to have a region based leader to groom these opportunities position Cognizant strongly against the competition to win the deals. Need over 20 Years of PnC Industry experience in leading Core Transformation initiatives across Underwriting GW Billing Policy and Claim
Responsibilities :
- Drive Guidewire Solution & Sales activities for Canadian & US Market.
- Lead Solutioning for transformation Guidewire engagements Greenfield and migration to cloud Identify and develop Solution offerings that help drive growth in the Guidewire ecosystems services space
- Interface with Guidewire Product Vendor Leads in the context of joint solutioning
- With the expected Guidewire SaaS adoption expected in large accounts As Guidewire Practice Leader for the region this role is expected to be the trusted advisor for the customers Business & IT Leadership to help shape-up the initiatives.
- Champion Canadian Region Specific solutions accelerators & partnership to address geo-local compliance or regulatory & solution whitespaces.
- Develop relationship & alignment with broker networks Insurtech players and co-create pre-built integrations & offerings Excellent knowledge of Guidewire suite of products.
- Excellent understanding of Canadian Insurance Market.
- Prior working relationship with Canadian Insurance carriers in Guidewire segment.
- Strong solution mindset and ability to be the trusted advisor Need to have consultative solutioning skill to help define business and IT roadmap liaising with CxO level leaders from the client organization
