You bring exceptional solution finding, proven leadership and team management skills and strong customer focus. We are currently seeking for a consultant (d/f/m) to join our Manufacturing & Logistics Consulting team. You bring exceptional solution finding, team skills and strong customer focus. In this role, you will be part of the DACH Consulting team and work for the key market players in automotive industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Map business processes and user journeys, developing business domain models and associated documentation - Business process modelling, Process flow modelling, Data flow modelling, Stakeholder analysis

• Ideating and conceptualization of business pain points and translating them into requirements

• Creating the business requirements document including non-functional requirements

• Creation of Process Maps and undertaking gap analysis Support internal and external delivery teams with project planning, functional and non-functional requirements, testing, reporting, implementation, and post-implementation activities

• Develop and facilitate user acceptance test (UAT) cases as required

• Support end users in adopting functional changes (e.g. training, documentation, implementation support)

• Draw conclusions from the market / industry trends, client issues and support go to market initiatives for Cognizant Support business development activities in the form of gathering best practices for RFI/RFP responses and writing proposals, developing service offerings, training and knowledge management

Desired Skills:

• Strong Domain expertise in Manufacturing or Logistics Industry

• At least 3 or more full lifecycles project experience in design, solution development, testing, user training, support and rollout

• Strong experience in requirements gathering and analysis on medium / large scale projects

• Knowledge of requirements capture methods and techniques, business systems and analysis, front end process, software development lifecycles and associated processes

• Proficient in the use of requirements capturing methodology toolsets

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills

• Flexible to travel across Germany customer locations depending on project requirements.
