About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Kofax Technical Lead where you will leverage your expertise in Kofax technologies to design and implement innovative solutions. With a focus on Cards & Payments you will play a crucial role in enhancing our business processes. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of day shifts allowing you to balance work and life effectively.
In this role, you will:
· Design and implement solutions using Kofax TotalAgility to streamline business processes.
· Integrate Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) for efficient data extraction and processing.
· Lead development and deployment of Kofax Capture for document management and workflow automation.
· Use Kofax Kapow to automate data collection and system integrations.
· Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Kofax solutions.
· Provide technical guidance, support, and troubleshooting for Kofax platforms.
· Conduct testing and validation to ensure system performance and reliability.
· Maintain clear documentation for all Kofax systems.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
· Monitor solution effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
· Stay updated on Kofax technologies and industry best practices.
· Align Kofax implementations with Cards & Payments domain needs and compliance.
· Provide training and support to team members and end users.
Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3-4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, ON. What you need to have to be considered
- Possess extensive experience in Kofax TotalAgility Essentials demonstrating a strong ability to design and implement solutions
- Have a solid background in Kofax Transformation Modules showcasing expertise in data extraction and processing
- Demonstrate proficiency in Kofax Capture with a focus on enhancing document management and workflow automation
- Exhibit expertise in Kofax Kapow highlighting skills in automating data collection and integration
- Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is highly desirable providing valuable insights into industry-specific requirements
- Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications for Kofax solutions
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The annual salary for this position is between $100.000 – $117.000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
