TPM Technical Lead
Role Overview:
As a TPM Technical Lead , you will be responsible for leading the technical delivery of our Trade Promotion Management (TPM) solutions for global CPG/FMCG clients. Acting as the primary technical authority on projects, you’ll oversee technical workshops, solution architecture, system configuration, integration, and deployment activities. You will work closely with the functional team and clients to ensure our solutions are robust, scalable, and tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical workstreams throughout the TPM implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and technical workshops to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Own the technical solution blueprint, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Conduct technical workshops with clients to capture integration, data, and system requirements.
• Oversee system configuration, customization, and technical deployment activities.
• Lead integration efforts with client ERP, data warehouse, and reporting systems.
• Guide and mentor software developers and technical consultants within the project team.
• Ensure technical deliverables meet quality, security, and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and support phases.
• Collaborate with the functional lead to ensure seamless handover between business and technical requirements.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and deployment processes.
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related analytical subject.
• Extensive hands-on experience delivering enterprise software solutions, ideally in the CPG/FMCG sector.
• Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.
• Strong expertise in the Microsoft stack: .NET (C#), Azure, Power BI, and related technologies.
• Proven experience leading technical workshops, solution architecture, and system integration projects.
• Ability to handle the end-to-end technical delivery lifecycle including technical design, configuration, customization, testing, integration, data migration, deployment, and technical support.
• Comfortable working with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
• Experience with data migration tools and cloud deployments.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
