Job Summary

The Lead Product Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our 3DX PLM initiatives. With a focus on Product Lifecycle Management the consultant will leverage their extensive experience to optimize processes and deliver impactful solutions. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across teams to enhance product development and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of 3DX PLM solutions to streamline product lifecycle processes and enhance efficiency.
• Oversee the integration of PLM systems with existing enterprise applications to ensure seamless data flow and collaboration.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for Product Lifecycle Management to optimize product development and management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive innovation in PLM strategies.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for PLM system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for PLM processes ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower teams with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize PLM tools.
• Monitor PLM system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
• Evaluate emerging PLM technologies and trends to recommend strategic investments and upgrades.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align PLM initiatives with organizational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts by implementing feedback loops and performance metrics for PLM processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all PLM activities and documentation.
• Support the development of PLM roadmaps and strategies to guide future growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in 3DX PLM demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities and applications.
• Have a strong background in Product Lifecycle Management showcasing expertise in managing product development cycles.
• Exhibit excellent analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into effective PLM solutions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in integrating PLM systems with other enterprise applications for enhanced collaboration.
• Show capability in conducting training and workshops to build team competencies in PLM tools.
• Display strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.
• Have a proven track record of driving process improvements and innovation in PLM strategies.
