Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking for an ModelN Sr Business Analyst who could join our team in a permanent role.

Core Market Access functional Skills needed:

• Strong business process understanding and ability to map E2E workflows
• Understanding of contracting with distributors, wholesalers, and specialty pharmacies & Data validation between sales, chargeback, and contract systems
• Deep understanding of chargeback life cycle — from claim submission to validation and resolution & Expertise in rebate processing, eligibility validation, and dispute management
• Working knowledge of EDI transactions (e.g., 844/849 for chargebacks), use of analytical tools to reconcile sales, chargebacks, and rebate accruals along with Master data management and data stewardship principles
• Understanding of GPO/IDN membership hierarchies and customer affiliation structures
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, 340B Program, PHS pricing, FSS contracts) and Government Pricing requirements — AMP, BP, NFAMP, Non-FAMP, URA, 340B, etc
• Understanding of GTN components —forecast vs. actual accruals
• Analytical/Technical Skills- Use of contract management tools Such as Model N FLEX all modules, Excel modeling and prototyping, Understanding of JIRA.

• Fundamental knowledge of AI, Gen-AI, ML, Agentic
