About the Role
As a Senior Associate, Project Management & Business Analysis, you will make an impact by managing project work, enhancement requests, and questions for a web application portfolio, while promoting Agile processes and methodologies. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with business and technology partners, skilled analysts, and technical partners.
In this role, you will:
- Manage project work, enhancement requests, and questions for the web application portfolio.
- Promote Agile processes and methodologies in support of project work.
- Conduct analysis and documentation, both technical and functional, for the web application portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with various stakeholders, including business and technology partners, to understand their needs and align solutions with their expectations.
- Engage with a wide variety of business areas and applications, interacting with skilled analysts and technical partners.
Work Model – Hybrid Role

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Mexico City, MX. What You Must Have to Be Considered
- 5-6 or more years of healthcare, health insurance, or a relevant combination of experience.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering on projects.
- Experience with writing and executing SQL queries.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies including SAFe concepts and familiarity with Agile tools such as Rally.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
These Will Help You Succeed
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare Stars.
- Understanding and use of ServiceNow, Rally, JIRA, IRT processes.
- Proficient with MS Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
- Demonstrated relationship management skills at peer levels within an organization and external constituents.
- Experience working with technology professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
