Job Summary :
Cognizant is seeking an Agentforce Revenue Management Architect to join our Moment Salesforce practice, supporting client-facing engagements across Salesforce platforms. We welcome applications from candidates across Australia.
Roles & Responsibility:
Design and implement scalable revenue management solutions using Salesforce Agentforce platform.
Lead end-to-end architecture for revenue operations, including quoting, billing, and revenue recognition processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain system integrations between Salesforce and external financial or ERP systems.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide technical guidance and best practices to development teams and business users.
Optimize existing Salesforce configurations and workflows to drive process efficiency and revenue growth.
Troubleshoot complex system issues and recommend solutions or improvements.
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, revenue management trends, and emerging technologies.
Document architectural designs, technical specifications, and operational procedures
