Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP PP and related modules. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP PP-Master data Batch Management Sales & Operation Planning and more. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive efficiency and innovation in production processes contributing to our companys growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP PP modules to enhance production efficiency and data accuracy.
• Oversee the integration of SAP PP with other modules such as SAP MM and SAP Engineering Change Management to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP PP-Master data management ensuring data integrity and consistency across all processes.
• Drive the adoption of SAP PP-Batch Management to improve tracking and quality control in production.
• Implement SAP PP-Sales & Operation Planning to align production schedules with business forecasts and market demands.
• Utilize SAP MM-Material Requirement Planning to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
• Manage SAP PP-Shop Floor Execution to streamline production workflows and enhance real-time monitoring.
• Facilitate SAP PP-Long Term Planning to support strategic decision-making and capacity planning.
• Coordinate SAP PP-Demand Management to balance supply and demand effectively.
• Execute SAP PP-Production Campaigns to optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime.
• Implement SAP PP-Variant Configuration to cater to diverse customer requirements and enhance product customization.
• Oversee SAP PP-Process Order Execution to ensure timely and efficient production cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of SAP processes with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in SAP PP modules including Master data Batch Management and Sales & Operation Planning.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SAP MM-Material Requirement Planning and Engineering Change Management.
• Experience in SAP PP-Shop Floor Execution and Long Term Planning is essential.
• Familiarity with SAP PP-Demand Management and Production Campaigns is required.
• Knowledge of SAP PP-Variant Configuration and Process Order Execution is a must.
• Domain experience in Manufacturing Capacity Planning and Production Scheduling & Planning is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality results and achieving business goals.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
