ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Business Process Consultant – ServiceNow Security & Risk, you will make an impact by guiding clients through process optimization and transformation using industry best practices on the ServiceNow platform. You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow Business Group (SNBG) team and work collaboratively with clients, delivery teams, and business development partners to shape and implement high-value solutions.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
• Lead process consulting engagements by analyzing client environments and designing optimized workflows leveraging ServiceNow Security & Risk applications.
• Develop strategic roadmaps that outline a clear, incremental path toward process maturity and operational excellence.
• Provide expert guidance on industry standards, performance metrics, and best practices to ensure successful adoption and long-term process sustainability.
• Foster strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor, facilitating workshops, and promoting knowledge sharing across teams.
• Support pre-sales efforts by shaping solution approaches, contributing to proposals, and aligning offerings to client needs.
WORK MODEL
We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring weekly attendance in a Cognizant or client office in Colombia. WHAT YOU MUST HAVE TO BE CONSIDERED
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Sciences, or a related field.
• Professional certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRM (or equivalent).
• ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Proven experience delivering process consulting projects within the ServiceNow Security & Risk product suite.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes, define metrics, and implement best-practice frameworks.
THESE WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT
• Two or more ServiceNow Security & Risk product certifications.
• ServiceNow Business Process for Implementation certification.
• Six Sigma certification.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Previous experience in pre-sales or solutioning for ServiceNow opportunities.
