Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS React Js SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript Python and mySQL. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects in a day shift without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS Python React Js SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and mySQL to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and enhance software applications that align with company objectives.
• Ensure the scalability and performance of applications by conducting thorough testing and optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
• Contribute to the development of project timelines and deliverables ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Utilize domain expertise in Cards & Payments to enhance application functionality and user experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to maintain technical proficiency and expertise.
• Support the deployment and integration of software solutions in a hybrid work model ensuring seamless operation.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in AWS React Js SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and mySQL with proven experience in software development.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Have a keen interest in the Cards & Payments domain with relevant experience being a plus.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Display a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements in software development.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
