Job Summary

As a Lead Quality Engineer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of software quality and performance. You will leverage your expertise in Playwright C# Specflow RestAssured SoapUI and nUnit to drive testing strategies and methodologies. Your contributions will directly impact the companys success in delivering robust solutions in the Asset & Wealth Management domain.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts using Playwright C# and Specflow to streamline testing processes.
  • Provide expertise in RestAssured and SoapUI for API testing ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects enhancing overall product performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and successful product releases.
  • Implement nUnit testing frameworks to validate code functionality and performance.
  • Utilize domain expertise in WealthManager and COTS Products to tailor testing approaches to specific business needs.
  • Contribute to the development of testing documentation and reports for transparency and accountability.
  • Support hybrid work model ensuring effective communication and collaboration across remote and in-office environments.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Playwright C# Specflow RestAssured SoapUI and nUnit for automated testing.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot software issues effectively.
  • Exhibit experience in Asset & Wealth Management domain enhancing testing relevance and accuracy.
  • Showcase ability to mentor and lead teams in achieving quality objectives.
  • Display excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to hybrid work environments maintaining productivity and engagement.
  • Possess a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement in testing practices.


Certifications Required

ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE)
