Join our dynamic team as an SPE-Accounts Payable specialist specializing in Generative AI and Prompt Engineering. In this hybrid role you will optimize and automate accounts payable processes enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy while contributing to the organizations technological advancement and financial health.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced generative AI models to streamline accounts payable workflows and reduce manual intervention.
• Utilize prompt engineering techniques to design intelligent query systems that improve invoice verification and data extraction accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with finance and technology teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing accounts payable systems.
• Analyze bottlenecks within payment processing and design AI-driven tools to expedite operational throughput while maintaining compliance standards.
• Oversee data quality initiatives by applying AI methodologies that enhance the validation and reconciliation of supplier invoices.
• Monitor and continuously improve AI models to ensure reliable performance and adaptability to evolving financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide detailed reports and dashboards using AI-generated insights to support decision-makers in accounts payable management.
• Train and support accounts payable personnel on AI tools and prompt engineering applications to enhance productivity across the hybrid work environment.
• Lead initiatives to automate error detection and resolution workflows minimizing payment discrepancies and supplier disputes.
• Drive innovation by researching and adopting emerging AI technologies relevant to accounts payable and financial automation.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to ensure AI tools comply with data privacy and security protocols safeguarding sensitive financial information.
• Communicate technical advancements and project progress effectively across cross-functional teams to align with organizational goals.
• Adapt to a hybrid work model and day shift schedule ensuring consistent availability and collaboration with colleagues across locations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a minimum of three years of practical experience applying generative AI and prompt engineering in finance preferably in accounts payable domains.
• Possess strong technical skills in machine learning frameworks and natural language processing relevant to prompt design and AI model training.
• Exhibit deep understanding of accounts payable processes including invoice lifecycle payment regulations and supplier relationship management.
• Good to have proficiency in financial systems such as ERP platforms for seamless AI integration.
• Possess domain knowledge in compliance requirements and auditing standards impacting accounts payable functions.
• Work model expertise includes thriving in hybrid environments with effective remote and in-office collaboration.
• Comfortable working the day shift schedule consistently without requirement for travel.
• Fluency in English is mandatory for efficient communication within global teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities to identify enhancement opportunities in financial operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and knowledge sharing among cross-disciplinary units.
• Commitment to staying current with evolving AI technologies and financial best practices that drive innovation.
• Ability to deliver projects with agility while maintaining focus on quality and compliance across financial processes.
• Familiarity with change management principles to facilitate adoption of AI tools and process improvements within the accounts payable function.

Certifications Required

• Certification in AI or Machine Learning such as Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate is highly recommended.
