Position Summary:

The Service Delivery Director will lead IT Production Support and Operations for a leading Health Care company ensuring alignment with business goals and customer satisfaction. Role involves life cycle management of large suite of products across broad spectrum of technologies in digital health platforms. This role demands deep delivery expertise of IT Services, strategic leadership, governance rigor, SLA/KPI management and execute in onsite / offshore model to deliver outcomes from large diverse teams in matrix organization. Role also involves financial and operation aspects like managing budget, financial performance, driving margin improvement. This would also involve implementation of digital transformation initiatives, AI observability platform and Generative AI.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Overall experience of 23+ years and minimum of 15+ years of experience in service delivery and customer success with a proven track record

  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise IT environments.

  • ITIL framework, Service Management tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) & Power BI.

  • Understanding of health care domain, regulatory and compliance.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to drive innovation while maintaining operational excellence.

  • Digital health transformation, AI/ML in healthcare IT, Cloud-native service delivery, Data-driven decision making.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for service delivery operations

  • Lead and manage IT service delivery teams across multiple regions and functions.

  • Lead the development and delivery of technology ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and project timelines

  • Manage incident, problem, and change management processes effectively

  • Program metrics and SLA Governance, scorecards accountability for enabled metrics-based product governance

  • Governance Integration: Clinical safety assessments are embedded into Incident management

  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance & drive margin improvement

  • Drive transformation through automation, observability platforms and AI.

Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, or related field.

Salary Range: >$100,000
