Job Summary

The Lead Product Consultant will play a pivotal role in enhancing our manufacturing execution systems focusing on process validation and equipment qualification. With a hybrid work model the consultant will leverage their expertise in MES Val manual testing and Rockwell FTPS to optimize batch and formulation manufacturing processes. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing execution systems and domain-specific skills to drive impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing execution systems to improve operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Oversee process validation activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide expertise in manual testing methodologies to enhance system reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Rockwell FTPS solutions into existing manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze and optimize batch manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  • Develop strategies for equipment qualification to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Facilitate formulation manufacturing improvements through innovative solutions and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of current systems to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
  • Implement robust testing protocols to validate system changes and upgrades.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals and customer needs.
  • Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in all project activities.
  • Drive initiatives that contribute to the companys purpose and positively impact society.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate expertise in MES Val and manual testing to ensure system robustness and reliability.
  • Possess in-depth domain knowledge in process validation and equipment qualification for seamless operations.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Rockwell FTPS to enhance manufacturing execution systems.
  • Have a strong understanding of formulation and batch manufacturing processes to drive efficiency.
  • Showcase experience in manufacturing execution systems to optimize production workflows.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in relevant technical domains.
