As a Technical Program Manager you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative mobile applications using Swift IOS Native Android Studio and Kotlin. Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $112,000/Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities
· Lead large-scale ecommerce initiatives such as marketplace expansion, checkout modernization, and global platform rollouts.
· Define program scope, roadmap, risks, and cross-team dependencies while aligning with business and technical objectives.
· Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, partnering closely with engineering, product, and operations teams.
· Drive execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring on-time delivery, platform stability, and measurable business impact.
· Oversee technical areas including microservices architecture, API integrations (payments, tax, shipping), and cloud migrations.
· Optimize ecommerce flows such as checkout, payments, fraud prevention, search, and order management systems.
· Collaborate with fulfillment and WFS teams to ensure seamless inventory, logistics, and seller onboarding experiences.
Qualifications
· Experience managing technical programs or cross-functional initiatives.
· Good understanding of ecommerce systems such as checkout, payments, and fulfillment.
· Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and roadmaps.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
