L2 Operational Support – Italian Speaking

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Job Type: Full-time

Work Model: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

About the role

As an L2 Operational Support Specialist (Italian Speaking), you will make an impact by ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our global mobile device ecosystem. You will be a valued member of the Mobility Operations team and collaborate closely with regional IT teams, platform owners, and security stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

Operational Support

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex mobility incidents escalated from L1.

  • Diagnose and resolve device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment issues.

  • Support OS upgrades, patching cycles, and full device lifecycle operations.

  • Minimize business disruption through rapid root‑cause identification.

Strategic Mobility Platform Management

  • Own the technical roadmap for JAMF Pro, IBM MaaS360, and Ivanti.

  • Assess Apple and Android OS changes and translate them into enterprise impact and actions.

  • Recommend platform enhancements, automation opportunities, and optimization strategies.

  • Lead MDM platform upgrades and mobility transformation initiatives.

Governance & Compliance

  • Enforce mobile security and compliance policies across managed devices.

  • Monitor encryption, certificate lifecycle, and conditional access controls.

  • Produce compliance dashboards and executive‑level reporting.

  • Ensure adherence to corporate security standards and regulatory requirements.

Problem Management

  • Conduct deep‑dive analyses of recurring mobility issues.

  • Perform structured RCA and document long‑term remediation plans.

  • Partner with security, infrastructure, and regional IT groups to implement permanent fixes.

Knowledge Management

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, FAQs, and knowledge articles.

  • Maintain a structured, searchable mobility knowledge base for global teams.

Training & Enablement

  • Deliver training on mobility platforms, OS updates, and best practices.

  • Enable regional IT support teams on new features and operational processes.

  • Provide advisory support on mobility‑related business initiatives.

What you need to have to be considered

  • Solid experience in Enterprise Mobility Management.

  • Strong hands‑on expertise with JAMF Pro (iOS/iPadOS).

  • Experience managing IBM MaaS360 for Android and corporate mobility.

  • Working knowledge of Ivanti mobility capabilities.

  • Experience with Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment, and Android Enterprise.

  • Strong understanding of mobile OS security controls and compliance frameworks.

  • Proven L2 incident handling experience in global environments.

  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

  • Fluency in Italian and good command of English.

These will help you stand out

  • JAMF 200 / 300 certification.

  • ITIL certification.

  • Experience supporting business‑critical or geographically distributed user groups.

  • Experience in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, etc.).
