You will be part of a multicultural team based in Lisbon, where you will provide outstanding support for our client platform.

The Data Accuracy Specialist (DAS) plays a critical role in bridging the gap between vendor execution and client expectations. We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in improving the quality and performance of cutting-edge AI systems by auditing raters ratings and providing expert feedback on their outputs.

About the Project:

Our primary role is to ensure the highest possible quality of data used to train and evaluate our Large Language Models (LLMs). We achieve this by meticulously reviewing and validating the ratings provided by external vendors and their raters. Our work directly impacts the performance and reliability of our client LLMs, making our contributions crucial to the overall success of the project.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in English and additional European language as a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

  • Ability to synthesize complex findings into organized, structured, and professional client reports.

  • Have an agile mindset with the ability to pivot between tasks and priorities as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Auditing & Analysis

  • Audit and analyze ratings performed by Raters to ensure high-level precision.

  • Monitor adherence to project guidelines, pinpointing specific areas where Raters may be deviating.

  • Drive process improvement by identifying necessary updates for the guidelines themselves to eliminate ambiguity.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Direct Client Contact: Communicate directly with client leads, acting as the primary point of contact for quality matters.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive weekly reports directly to the client.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work within the vendor results, while maintaining a feedback loop with both Raters and Vendor QAs in specific tasks.

Performance Management

  • Feedback Loop: Provide actionable, constructive feedback to Raters and Vendor QAs to elevate performance standards.

  • Performance Tracking: Identify and categorize top-performing and underperforming Raters and QAs to help optimize the workforce.
