Job Summary
The Process Excellence Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across business operations. This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies implementing process optimization strategies and fostering a culture of operational excellence using Lean Six Sigma and other quality methodologies
Responsibilities
Lead and manage process improvement projects across multiple functions to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
Conduct process assessments root cause analysis and gap identification using Lean Six Sigma tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement optimized workflows and solutions.
Develop and maintain process documentation SOPs and performance metrics.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions on continuous improvement methodologies.
Monitor and report on the impact of process changes and ensure sustainability.
Support digital transformation initiatives by aligning process improvements with automation and analytics.
Act as a change agent to promote a culture of excellence and innovation.
