  • Provide detailed reports and insights on claims trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize claims processing workflows.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve claims-related inquiries and issues.
  • Monitor claims processing metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims to meet organizational goals.
  • Support the development and implementation of new claims processing technologies.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay current with industry best practices and advancements.

  • Show ability to work effectively in a night shift office environment.
  • Display strong analytical skills to assess and resolve claims discrepancies.
