Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Claims Specialist where you will leverage your expertise in claims adjudication and pre-adjudication processes to enhance our commercial claims operations. Responsibilities

  • Analyze and process commercial claims with precision to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline pre-adjudication processes enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Utilize your expertise in claims adjudication to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies to ensure accurate claims processing.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights on claims trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize claims processing workflows.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve claims-related inquiries and issues.
  • Monitor claims processing metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims to meet organizational goals.
  • Support the development and implementation of new claims processing technologies.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay current with industry best practices and advancements.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance claims processing efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment to achieve team objectives and improve overall performance.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in claims adjudication processes with a strong attention to detail.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of pre-adjudication and commercial claims operations.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a night shift office environment.
  • Display strong analytical skills to assess and resolve claims discrepancies.
  • Have experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
