Job Summary

The Sr. Consultant role is pivotal in driving financial and accounting excellence within our organization. Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to enhance financial systems and tools driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management facilitating informed decision-making.
• Oversee the reconciliation of accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial records.
• Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and insights ensuring transparency and compliance.
• Mentor junior team members sharing knowledge and expertise to build a strong finance and accounting team.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and align financial strategies accordingly.
• Utilize advanced analytical skills to solve complex financial challenges contributing to the companys success.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in finance and accounting with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in financial analysis and reporting showcasing expertise in interpreting complex data.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Hold a bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field with advanced certifications preferred.
• Display a keen attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all financial documentation and processes.
• Show adaptability in a hybrid work environment balancing remote and in-office responsibilities effectively.
