Job Summary

The Project Manager will oversee the execution of projects within the Tandem technology framework ensuring alignment with Asset & Wealth Management objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a minimum of 9 years of experience who can manage hybrid work models effectively. The candidate will drive project success by coordinating resources managing timelines and ensuring quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are met
• Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive project progress and resolve any challenges
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle
• Utilize Tandem technology to optimize project execution and deliver high-quality results
• Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Manage project budgets ensuring financial resources are utilized effectively
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the project management process

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical expertise in Tandem technology essential for project execution
• Have experience in Asset & Wealth Management beneficial for understanding domain-specific requirements
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills crucial for stakeholder engagement
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities necessary for overcoming project challenges
• Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies vital for efficient project planning
• Display adaptability to hybrid work models important for maintaining productivity across remote and in-office settings
• Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field fundamental for foundational knowledge in project management.
