Position Summary:
•Involve in Knowledge Transfer sessions to understand the detailed business processes and flows.
•Responsible for Analysis, Design and Execution with 100% Test coverage as per business requirements adhering to Architecture documents and functional specifications for System Integration Testing & Regression Testing.
•Responsible for creating test data, test execution, documenting test results and handling of defects adhering to testing and documentation standards
•Involve in defect calls to discuss resolutions or fixes for defects raised out of testing and perform root-cause analysis with developers/SMEs
•Ensure timely deliverables as per project plans and responsible to publish the daily status Reports to management regularly.
•Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide QA status updates
•Provide on-going support for production applications.
•Involve in automation of test cases based on positive and negative scenarios.
•Good communication skills with proven ability to interact across multiple levels of organization and with different customers.
•Exposure to TOSCA automation tool in automating, debug/maintenance and execution of scenarios under SAP ISU, FICO and HCM modules for different clients.

Mandatory Skills:
•Strong hands-on SAP ISU exposure including DM, WM, MI, MPM and billing
•Interface of 3rd party application with SAP for inbound and outbound IDOC’s
•Good understanding of STLC and different testing methodologies like Agile, waterfall
•Test management tools such as ALM/ADO, TestRail
•Strong working experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, HCM, SuccessFactors, SAP IS-U, including Work Management, Market Interaction, Device Management, Billing and SAP MM modules.
•Proven expertise in S4 ERP/ISU upgrade and implementation projects and Strong hands-on experience in interface testing.
•Demonstrated ability in client stakeholder management, requirements gathering, scope analysis, and managing production deployments.
•Strong capability to analyze project details such as timelines, architecture diagrams, and system complexities to develop effective test plans and detailed test cases in alignment with customer SDLC processes.
•End-to-end ownership of all testing phases of STLC, including planning, test scoping, test design, execution, and closure.
•Capable of providing clear and concise status reporting to customers, internal stakeholders, vendors, including metrics tracking and reporting.
•Ability to work independently within challenging project timelines while collaborating with diverse stakeholders to gather and manage requirements.
•Strong communication, coordination, and defect triage skills to effectively collaborate with multi-vendor teams and customer stakeholders, and to drive improvement initiatives.
•Extensive experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, ALM, and JIRA for test structuring, automation of reports, and dashboard creation.
•Experience in leading testing initiatives across both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
•Ability to evaluate existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend improvement solutions.
•Advanced skills in creating and customizing queries to extract reports directly from test management tools based on project-specific requirements.
•Solid understanding of Agile SDLC practices and tools, including JIRA and Azure DevOps.
•Mentor and guide team members, accountability, and a high-performance testing environment.
•Strong problem-solving capabilities across both technical and management challenges.
•Experience with SAP test automation tools such as TOSCA.
