Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 12 years of expertise in Spark, SparkSQL, and Python, specifically within the Asset and Wealth Management domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model, focusing on designing and implementing robust data solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of financial systems and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable architectures. Experience in Data Wrangler will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
· Design and implement scalable data architectures using Spark and SparkSQL to enhance data processing capabilities.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Develop and optimize Python scripts to automate data workflows and improve system efficiency.
· Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in data management and governance.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
· Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and propose enhancements to improve performance and reliability.
· Oversee the integration of new technologies into existing systems, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption.
· Work closely with stakeholders in the Asset and Wealth Management domain to align technical solutions with business goals.
· Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent potential issues.
· Lead efforts in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges, ensuring timely resolution.
· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
· Prepare comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and technical processes.
· Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
· Possess a strong background in Spark, SparkSQL, and Python, with proven experience in designing data solutions.
· Demonstrate expertise in the Asset and Wealth Management domain, understanding its unique challenges and opportunities.
· Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.
· Show proficiency in data governance and security practices to protect sensitive financial information.
· Have a track record of successfully leading technical projects and delivering results on time.
· Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
