Job Summary :

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our data and analytics delivery practice, supporting client-facing engagements across enterprise data platforms. This role is ideal for an experienced data engineer who combines strong technical depth in AWS ,Snowflake, SQL, and ETL pipelines with the ability to work directly with clients to deliver reliable, scalable analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the development of robust, scalable, and secure Snowflake data warehouses and data pipelines & Integrate Snowflake with other data sources/tools and AWS Cloud Platform.
• Ensuring high code quality, promoting best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Understanding AWS infrastructure and Design, develop, and maintain high-performance data infrastructure
• Work closely with product managers, analysts, and source team stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
• The developer needs to manage data into Snowflake. This includes extracting data from various sources, transforming it into a usable form, and loading it into the Snowflake platform.
• As Snowflake is a cloud-native platform, familiarity with cloud services, particularly of AWS.
• Performance tuning abilities: The developer should be adept at tuning Snowflake settings to balance performance and cost.
• Understanding of data compliance and security best practices
• Design and implement scalable and efficient data storage solutions using Snowflake.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries within the Snowflake environment.
• Integrate Snowflake with various data sources and third-party tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet data-driven business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest Snowflake features and best practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
  

Skills required:

• Snowflake, ETL/ELT, SQL, Python, AWS (Glue, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, Lambda, Step Function)
