• Drive configuration and customization activities, including product setup, parameters, tables, and forms using core banking authoring tools.
• Plan and execute testing activities, including mock conversions, report‑based validation, and pre‑conversion balancing across operational and GL data.
• Support client readiness, lead UAT execution and defect triage, contribute to cutover activities, and secure formal client acceptance for in‑scope deliverables.
Work model:
We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a remote position with up to 20% travel within the United States open to qualified applicants in the United States. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
What you need to have to be considered:
• 7–12+ years of experience delivering core banking implementations for large financial institutions.
• Hands‑on experience with IBS and/or Profile, including configuration and data conversion artifacts.
• Proven delivery of field‑level data mapping, mock conversions, UAT leadership, and GL reconciliation.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with developers on customizations.
• Demonstrated client‑facing experience leading workshops and working in a professional services or consulting environment.
These will help you stand out:
• Experience with API‑based integrations and open banking patterns.
• Prior ownership of cutover planning, go‑live execution, and hypercare support.
• Ability to mentor junior consultants and contribute to cross‑workstream coordination.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to delivery and risk management.
