You will be a valued member of a cross‑functional delivery team and work closely with product, engineering, and client stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable, compliant, and high‑performing payment solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and interface designs.
• Partner with engineering teams to define integrations across processors, gateways, cores, and fraud or AML platforms.
• Ensure solutions align with payment network rules, regulatory requirements, and operational risk controls.
• Support implementation activities including UAT planning and execution, defect triage, and production readiness.

Work model:
We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a remote position with up to 20% travel within the United States open to qualified applicants in the United States. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

What you need to have to be considered:
• 5–8+ years of experience in payments, cards, or money movement environments.
• Hands‑on experience with card issuing or acquiring, settlements and reconciliation, and dispute or chargeback processes.
• Working knowledge of payment rails and standards such as ACH, RTP, wires, ISO 8583, and ISO 20022.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and test scenarios.
• Experience supporting UAT and driving operational readiness for production releases.

These will help you stand out:
• Experience with payment processors, switches, gateways, or issuer platforms.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS, NACHA, card network rules, and AML or OFAC requirements.
• Ability to perform data analysis or validation using SQL or similar tools.
• Experience reviewing message traces, logs, or payment flows for issue resolution.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

We're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways. Don't hesitate to apply, even if you only meet the minimum requirements listed. Think about your transferable experiences and unique skills that make you stand out as someone who can bring new and exciting things to this role.
