Role Summary

The Reltio MDM Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Master Data Management solutions on the Reltio cloud platform. This role partners with business and technology teams to ensure high‑quality, trusted master data across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design and configuration of Reltio MDM (data models, match/merge, survivorship, workflows).
• Oversee development, integration, and data pipelines using Reltio Integration Hub and APIs.
• Drive data quality, governance, and stewardship processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable MDM solutions.
• Manage platform operations, performance, releases, and issue resolution.
• Provide technical leadership to onshore/offshore teams.

Required Skills

• Hands‑on experience with Reltio MDM Cloud (entities, crosswalks, match rules, survivorship, workflows).
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data quality, and governance.
• Experience with API integrations, ETL/ELT, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and team‑leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in data management; 3–5+ years in Reltio MDM.
• Experience with customer, product, vendor, or location master domains.
• Reltio certification and experience in regulated industries are a plus.
• Work in Location (Dallas TX or Louisville KY)
