Reltio MDM Developer – Job Description

The Reltio MDM Developer is responsible for configuring, developing, and supporting Master Data Management solutions on the Reltio Cloud platform. This role focuses on hands‑on build activities, data integration, data quality rules, and ensuring reliable master data delivery for business and analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Reltio entities, attributes, crosswalks, match/merge rules, survivorship, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain data ingestion and publishing pipelines using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), REST APIs, and connectors.
• Implement data quality rules, validation logic, and exception handling.
• Support data model enhancements, performance tuning, and environment configuration.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and support production operations.
• Collaborate with architects, data stewards, QA, and business teams to deliver high‑quality MDM solutions.

Required Skills

• Hands‑on experience with Reltio MDM Cloud configuration and development.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts: match/merge, survivorship, hierarchies, data quality, and governance.
• Experience with API integrations, ETL/ELT tools, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Proficiency in SQL, JSON, and data transformation logic.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in data engineering or MDM; 2+ years in Reltio preferred.
• Experience with customer, product, vendor, or location master domains.
• Familiarity with Reltio Integration Hub, Kafka, or Python is a plus.
• Reltio certification preferred.
• Work Location (Dallas TX or Louisville KY)
