Job Summary

Leading a Google Ads optimization team which supports Top Tier customers from different markets. Focused on achieving operational targets, results oriented, people developing, with a strong Customer Service profile.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team performance.
  2. Reporting and client communication.
  3. KPIs tracking and continuous improvement actions.
  4. Keep track of the agents productive times.
  5. Keep the team motivated and constantly improving.
  6. Maintain and improve sales productivity and individual/team performance management.
  7. Clear mapping of team outliers for operational metrics, KPIs forecast, individual and team performance analysis.
  8. Follow up and document the team's performance/behaviours with effective coachings, feedback and performance improvement plans at individual level.
  9. Mapping, coaching and tracking agent’s skill development, schedule adherence and working attitude.
  10. Design, implement, follow up and track action plans at team level to improve/maintain results.
  11. Process RCAs to find outliers, insights, highlights and lowlights when needed.
  12. Present results, action plans and improvement progress to the client on a weekly basis.
  13. Develop incentive plans.
  14. FMEA.

Skills required:

  1. At least 1 year of experience leading teams.
  2. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  3. Customer focus.
  4. Advanced level of English.
  5. Driven person in high pressure environments. Proactivity is a must!
  6. Attention to detail.
  7. Advanced comprehension of Google tools: Spreadsheets, Slides, Docs, etc.

Skills desired:

  1. Knowledge in Google Ads (Search, Video, Display and Apps), Analytics & Tag Manager.
  2. Previous experience with sales teams.
  3. Experience in Structure Roles.
