Job Summary

The Functional Specialist (ISG) will play a crucial role in enhancing business processes through effective data reporting and analysis. With a focus on OBIEE Reporting the candidate will work in a hybrid model collaborating with teams to deliver insightful solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of data structures and reporting tools ensuring the companys objectives are met efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive OBIEE reports to support business decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for reporting solutions
  • Implement data models and reporting strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities
  • Provide training and support to users on OBIEE reporting functionalities
  • Optimize existing reporting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor and troubleshoot reporting issues providing timely resolutions
  • Maintain documentation for all reporting processes and procedures
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data reporting and analysis
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for data management and reporting
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting capabilities
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver solutions
  • Support the integration of new data sources into the reporting framework. Qualifications
  • Possess a strong background in OBIEE Reporting with at least 10 years of experience
  • Demonstrate expertise in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Have a solid understanding of data structures and business intelligence concepts
  • Show proficiency in developing and optimizing data models
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Display strong communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Hold a bachelors degree in a related field such as Information Systems or Business Analytics.
