Job Summary
A Project Coordinator Level 3 manages end-to-end project coordination including back-office tasks approvals updates launch information stakeholder coordination cross-functional meetings planning and New Product Onboarding (NPO) and New Product Stakeholder Onboarding (NPSO). This role requires significant stakeholder interaction and Project Management experience.

Key Responsibilities
Launch Project Coordination
Communicate with stakeholders vendors and project managers regarding launch scoping.
Stakeholder Engagement
Onboard new products stakeholders and languages communicating tactical changes and wrap-up requirements.
Organize and facilitate monthly meetings with LPM to provide updates on projects launches and other initiatives including pulling reports.
Consult and communicate with stakeholders regarding clean-up services post-translation.
Support new product additions and answer daily tactical/operational questions.
Alert Localization Project Managers to tactical POC changes.
Own bi-weekly meetings with Localization Project Managers to provide high-level updates on product areas.
LPM Support
Monitor burn rate escalate to LPM as needed and update the Morpheus tool product database.
Basic Tier 1 & 2 Tasks
Create and approve projects.
Coordinate with translation and review vendors providing mid-project updates.
Approve extension requests and flag potential delays.
Answer daily stakeholder and vendor queries.
Perform ad-hoc tasks related to launches or projects.
Facilitate Meetings
Coordinate GVC meetings with Googlers and serve as the primary LPO POC.
Schedule calendar invites based on attendee availability.
Ensure a limited audience of specific LPO POCs attends.
Actively drive meetings with a prepared agenda capture notes and action items and send follow-ups.
Certifications Required
2+ years college/university with a Communications or Business Administration major or equivalent project management experience.
6+ months (1 year preferred) cross-functional Project Management
