We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Strategist – Digital Marketing to manage a portfolio of client accounts and drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in paid social media campaigns, analytics, and client engagement to maximize ROI on advertising spend. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while promoting product adoption and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business by prioritizing top accounts and aligning with key business initiatives.
- Drive engagement and revenue growth through strategic account management and tailored outreach.
- Deliver performance recommendations by analyzing client ad campaigns to ensure optimal ROI.
- Utilize client-provided tools to conduct thorough account reviews and customize communication strategies.
- Conduct product pitching and virtual meetings to encourage adoption of digital marketing solutions.
- Maintain client engagement through regular follow-up meetings and proactive outreach.
- Execute and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms; hands-on experience is mandatory.
- Apply knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and campaign optimization to improve performance.
- Leverage additional tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, and customer support systems to enhance client success.
- Bring 1–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, account management, or related fields to effectively deliver on client needs.
