About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultant to join our team, supporting clients in the insurance and pension industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate complex challenges, implement innovative solutions, and drive transformation in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients in the insurance and pension sectors to assess needs, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored consulting services.
Lead and support projects focused on strategy development, process optimization, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation.
Conduct market research, benchmarking, and analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions to ensure successful project delivery
Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic solutions that drive value for clients.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in consulting and consultative selling in the insurance and/or pension industry.
Strong understanding of industry regulations, products and market trends in the insurance and/or pension sector.
Experience from one or more Nordic insurance markets
Working experience on insurance and pension technologies
Working exposure in functional areas such as underwriting, policy management, claims processing, regulatory reporting etc.
Working experience in primary skill areas such as business analysis, process analysis, process redesign etc.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both sector specialists and non-specialists.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a virtual and global environment.
Fluency in Danish and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
