We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a MES Specialist
Required experience:
- 5+ years experience supporting PAS X MES in GMP environments
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL processes
- Advanced English for global collaboration
Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership and Coordination: Manage MES L2 analysts prioritize tickets and monitor SLA adherence.
• Incident and Problem Management: Oversee critical MES incidents such as eBR execution failures validate troubleshooting and coordinate escalations to L3 and L4.
• Process Governance: Implement ITIL processes for Incident Problem and Knowledge Management.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive KBAs for recurring MES issues and recommend system enhancements and automation.
• Compliance and Audit Readiness: Ensure validated state per GxP GAMP 5.2 CSA or CSV and maintain audit ready documentation.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as escalation point for MES issues and prepare SLA and KPI reports.
