Required:
• Strong experience in Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud and custom force.com
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, LWC,
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, OwnBackup & OwnBackup Archiver .
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Application Management /Support & Maintenance
o Perform Day to Day Application Management activities
o Support External and Internal Audits and adhere to complaince processes like GxP , SOXs , etc
o Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly report
o Provide Level 2 support for Salesforce Sales/ Service Cloud or any kind of custom force.com application and related applications.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration, data integrity, and integrations.
2. Configuration & Customization
o Perform configuration changes in Salesforce (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules).
o Debug Apex classes, triggers, and LWC components as needed.
3. Data Management & Backup
o Manage data backup and recovery processes using OwnBackup and OwnBackup Archiver.
o Ensure compliance with data retention policies and audit requirements.
4. Documentation & Reporting
o Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and support activities.
o Generate regular reports on system health, performance, and usage metrics.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
o Work closely with business users, developers, and administrators to resolve issues.
o Communicate effectively with global teams and ensure timely updates on progress.
6. Enhancements & Continuous Improvement
o Identify opportunities for process automation and system optimization.
o Support implementation of new features and enhancements in Sales and Service Cloud.
