Job Summary

As a Product Architect in the ISG domain you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative solutions using Guidewire Ins Suite and related technologies. With a focus on PolicyCenter and integration you will ensure seamless operations and contribute to the companys success in the Property & Casualty Insurance sector. Your expertise will drive impactful outcomes in a hybrid work model.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of solutions utilizing Guidewire Ins Suite ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of PolicyCenter and PC-Rating Management Module optimizing performance and functionality.
  • Provide technical expertise in SQL and Gosu ensuring efficient data management and application development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Guidewire Ins Suite with existing systems enhancing overall operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance using Splunk identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture and integration processes ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in Guidewire technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system design and implementation.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the development of strategic plans for technology adoption and integration within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing systems ensuring they meet evolving business needs and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Guidewire Ins Suite with a strong focus on PolicyCenter and integration.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SQL Gosu and PC-Rating Management Module showcasing technical expertise.
  • Have a solid understanding of Splunk for system performance monitoring and analysis.
  • Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is highly desirable providing valuable industry insights.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative solutions.
  • Show excellent communication skills facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Multi Center experienced in Guidewire suites.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until March 20 2026.

The annual salary for this position is between $120K - 150 Kdepending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
