Responsibilities
- Leading the solution design and produce high quality documents.
- Independently performing stakeholder management and customer communications.
- Troubleshooting and debugging skills to address issues effectively.
- Lead defect triage and resolve defects raised by the testing team.
- Perform unit testing of the application and adhere to customer’s standards and best practice for coding and code check in.
Experience Required
- Hands on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform Sales, service, field Service and CI Journey, including customisation, configuration, and development.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Hands on knowledge on Azure (Azure functions, ADF, AI Factory etc.).
- Customise Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules to align with business processes.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Expert knowledge on Data migrations using industry tools.
