Job Summary

The Sr. Developer role involves designing and implementing solutions using Winshuttle within the Medical Devices domain. The candidate will leverage their expertise in iRCAS to enhance system functionalities. This hybrid position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams during day shifts ensuring seamless integration and optimization of processes.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement software solutions using Winshuttle to optimize business processes within the Medical Devices domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure seamless integration of iRCAS systems to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing timely support to maintain system performance.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in design and architecture discussions to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and changes for future reference.
  • Provide training and support to end-users facilitating smooth adoption of new technologies.
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve user experience.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all development activities.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing system capabilities impacting healthcare delivery positively.


Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Winshuttle development with proven experience in the Medical Devices domain.
  • Demonstrate expertise in iRCAS systems showcasing the ability to integrate and optimize functionalities.
  • Have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience in software development.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and end-users.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
