The Senior Manager of AI Solutioning is a hands-on leader within our Go-to-Market team, focused on architecting and winning strategic AI client deals. You will take ownership of complex proposals, driving the entire solution design and commercial modeling process. Working closely with sales, delivery, and platform teams, you will craft innovative, feasible, and profitable AI Training Data solutions. Beyond deal pursuits, you will contribute to key GTM initiatives, including analyst relations and partner ecosystem development. This role is ideal for an experienced solution architect or presales professional with deep AI knowledge and a passion for execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
End-to-End AI Deal Solutioning
· Lead Pursuits: Independently manage the full solutioning process for large-scale AI Training Data opportunities and RFPs.
· Architect AI Solutions: Design comprehensive AI Training Data solutions, including annotation workflows, QA processes, HITL models, and integration with client AI platforms.
· Develop Commercial Models: Build accurate pricing strategies and financial models, including detailed costing, margin analysis, and competitive pricing optimization.
· Client Workshops: Lead solution-focused workshops and presentations, clearly articulating technical and commercial value to client stakeholders.
· Validate Feasibility: Collaborate with Delivery, Platform, and Transformation teams to ensure solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with operational capabilities.
Support Go-to-Market (GTM) Initiatives
· Analyst Relations: Assist in preparing briefing materials, gathering data for analyst reports, and participating in inquiry calls to strengthen our market positioning.
· Partner Ecosystem: Support research and development of strategic partnerships with AI platforms, cloud providers, and technology vendors.
· Thought Leadership: Contribute to case studies, solution briefs, and white papers showcasing our expertise in AI Training Data services.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
· Experience: 7+ years in Presales, Solution Architecture, or Deal Management within IT services, BPO, or managed technology services.
· Proven Deal Leadership: Track record of managing solutioning for complex technology service deals, with expertise in both solution design and commercial modeling.
· AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and the critical role of training data. Comfortable discussing data annotation techniques, quality metrics, and modalities (text, image, video).
· Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to translate complex client requirements into practical, scalable AI solutions.
· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills for presenting technical and commercial concepts to diverse audiences.
Preferred:
· Direct experience in AI solutioning or data-centric managed services.
· Exposure to analyst relations and partner development.
· Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for presentations.
· Engineering or technical background is a strong plus.
