About the role

As an Engagement Delivery Partner, you will make an impact by acting the primary point of contact with the Client. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with commercial partner and delivery leads.

In this role, you will:

1. Delivery Management:

1. Owns end-to-end delivery and act as single point-of-contact for delivery commitments to client

2. Owns and orchestrates multi-service line solutions and delivering as One Cognizant team

3. Owns delivery accountability for the account, drives delivery efficiencies and CII.

2. Business Development:

1. Collaborates with Commercial Team to grow the business in existing accounts by identifying and defining business value opportunities for the client

2. Manages, Owns & decides multi-service line solutions and final estimation for all RFPs, RFQs, RFIs & proactive proposals

3. Collaborates with global Client Partner and Business Unit Heads in Americas to generate business in new logos.

3. Governance & Client Relationship Management:

1. Establishes and builds relationships with client (external) and Service Line leads (internal) of the accounts

2. Establishes, executes, and oversees program governance (i.e. stakeholder management, communication ceremonies, Benefits management, Change management, Scope management, etc.)

4. Works 2 in a box with Client Partner to support client relationships (especially escalations and SLAs), and co-owns along with Client Partner Execution Excellence:

1. Establishes, executes, and oversees estimation planning and delivery (resource and timeline) across Cognizant organization

2. Ensures tracking/measurement and progress against established measures and metrics (e.g. bid vs did, SLA, and any other operational or contractual measures)

5. Operational Excellence:

1. Drives optimal business value though scope management, change management, communication ceremonies, etc.

2. Co-owns, along with Client Partners: cost of delivery, margin maintenance, revenue growth, designing Profitability Enhancement Program and tracking, claiming change requests

3. Ensures monthly Revenue & margin forecast submissions, staffing plan, approval/rejection of allocations that impact margin, practice cost split of delivery targets within accounts, pyramid targets to accounts

4. Provides insights on improvements while ensuring adherence to operational best practices

6. Compliance Management:

1. Owns the activation(or instantiation) for the MSA and SOW by knowing and monitoring compliance and adherence to these terms and their intent

2. Ensures all contractual obligations are met and ensure audit compliance

7. People Management:

1. Leads team by supporting and driving career growth, personal/ team development, well being, diversity and inclusion]
