Position Summary:

The Senior Associate manages enterprise IT infrastructure with primary focus on security compliance, vulnerability management, and system optimization. This role ensures organizational technology systems operate securely and efficiently through proactive monitoring, patch management, and systematic remediation of security vulnerabilities while providing technical expertise for complex infrastructure challenges.

Mandatory Skills:
•Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) administration and reporting
•Microsoft Intune configuration and patch management
•ServiceNow ticketing system proficiency
•Vulnerability management and CVE remediation expertise
•Windows Server administration and Active Directory management
•Network troubleshooting and security protocol implementation
•PowerShell scripting and automation
•IT security frameworks and compliance monitoring

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Infrastructure & Security Management
•Implement and maintain technology documentation in accordance with company security policies and procedures
•Monitor system performance and security compliance
•Collaborate with IT team members to remediate hardware security flags through patch management, firmware updates, and system hardening
•Technical Support
•Resolve technical support tickets via ServiceNow for software, hardware, and network-related issues while adhering to established security protocols
•Provide tier 2/3 technical support for escalated incidents requiring advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution
•User Management & Training
•Conduct new employee onboarding for IT systems, including training on security best practices, data backup procedures to OneDrive, disaster recovery protocols, and remote access via VPN
•Asset Management & Reporting
•Analyze Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) reports to gather asset intelligence, track device assignments, identify primary users, and monitor compliance status
•Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software assets across the organization
•Vulnerability Management & CVE Remediation
•Manage Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) remediation projects by analyzing security alerts and implementing appropriate resolution strategies
•Configure and manage Intune patching rings, adding or removing devices based on vulnerability assessments and security requirements
•Execute targeted remediation actions including software updates, firmware patches, operating system upgrades, software uninstallation, or complete device reimaging based on threat severity
•Process and resolve CVE-specific tickets through systematic vulnerability assessment and mitigation protocols

Qualifications & Certifications (Optional):
•Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
•MICROSOFT CERTIFIED: AZURE FUNDAMENTALS
•MICROSOFT 365 CERTIFIED: FUNDAMENTALS
•MICROSOFT CERTIFIED: SECURITY, COMPLIANCE, AND FUNDAMENTALS
•MICROSOFT CERTIFIED: AI Fundamentals

Salary Range: >$100,000
