Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience in Robotics Process Automation Tool and Automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Networks and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Sr. Developer will play a crucial role in driving automation initiatives and enhancing network efficiencies.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation solutions using Robotics Process Automation Tool to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and design effective solutions.
  • Oversee the deployment and integration of automation tools within existing network infrastructure.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for automation projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Conduct regular assessments of network systems to identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve any issues related to automation tools and network systems.
  • Monitor the performance of automated processes and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation and network management.
  • Document all automation processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference.
  • Train and mentor junior developers on automation tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation and network technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation strategies to enhance overall organizational efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with Robotics Process Automation Tool and Automation.
  • Should possess strong domain knowledge in Networks.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Should have experience in deploying and integrating automation tools within network systems.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Should have strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Must be able to train and mentor junior developers effectively.
  • Should stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
  • Must have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in automation and network management.
  • Should have excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
  • Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing automation opportunities.
  • Must be committed to continuous improvement and innovation in automation strategies.
