Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in QEA Transformation and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects and help drive innovation. The position does not require travel allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement software solutions that align with the QEA Transformation framework to enhance business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring solutions meet business needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting regular code reviews and implementing best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
  • Document technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and support.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies contributing to sprint planning retrospectives and daily stand-ups.
  • Implement automated testing strategies to ensure robust and reliable software delivery.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methodologies and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities.


Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of QEA Transformation principles and their application in software development.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to the role.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Show experience in agile development methodologies and practices.
  • Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.


Certifications Required

Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) or equivalent certification.
