Role: D365 Solution Architect

Location: Remote (Anywhere in the US)

Job Summary

The Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in driving business solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms especially MS Dynamics CE and Contact Center(MS Voice). The candidate will leverage their extensive experience to enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE / CC functionalities to support and improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

· Lead the analysis and design (Configuration & Customization) of business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals using Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms. - Oversee the implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 for Customer Service Workspace & Microsoft Voice (Telephony)

· Minium 10 years of experience in designing, developing implementing D365 solutions, Life Science experience is a plus

· Provide expert guidance on Dynamics 365 CRM to enhance customer relationship management and improve customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Insights for better data-driven decision-making.

· Facilitate the deployment of Dynamics 365 contact center solutions to optimize various channels, case management functionality.

· Manage the configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business needs.

· Ensure seamless data migration processes within Dynamics 365 to maintain data integrity and accessibility.

· Drive the integration of Dynamics 365 solutions with existing systems to enhance operational efficiency.

· Utilize AppDynamics Analytics to monitor and improve application performance across Dynamics 365 platforms.

· Support the hybrid work model by coordinating with remote and on-site teams to ensure project success.

· Develop and maintain documentation for Dynamics 365 processes and configurations to support ongoing improvements.

· Provide training and support to team members on Dynamics 365 functionalities to enhance their technical skills.

· Monitor industry trends and advancements in Dynamics 365 to recommend innovative solutions for business challenges.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging Dynamics 365 to achieve strategic objectives.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 to $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
