Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Functional Expertise
- Act as the primary point of contact for EHS processes and compliance requirements.
- Analyse business needs and translate them into system requirements for EHS applications.
- Configure EHS platforms (e.g., Cority, Enablon, SAP EHS) for workflows, forms, and reporting.
- Ensure alignment of system functionality with global EHS standards and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
2. Technical Skills
· Data Management Support: Coordinate and validate data uploads into EHS systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with business rules.
· Integration Coordination: Work with IT teams to ensure EHS process requirements are met during integrations and data migration activities.
· Reporting & Insights: Define requirements for dashboards and reports to support EHS KPIs and compliance tracking; review outputs for accuracy.
- Project & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience- At least 8-10 years of experience in EHS/ESG domain, preferably in policy/Business Process etc implementation level.
- Certification in any of the above tools will be added advantage.
- Credentials like Lead auditor ISO 45001 (OHS), 14001 (EMS) will be preferred.
- Functional Knowledge
- Strong understanding of EHS regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
- Experience in implementing or supporting EHS software solutions (Cority, Enablon, SAP EHS, etc.).
- Other
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
