Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and Workday focused Solution Architect BD Executive to lead solutioning and proposal building efforts and drive business growth within our Workday practice. This role combines functional and technical expertise in ERP HCM suites with strategic business development capabilities to support Business Development presales and client engagements for practice expansion.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate RFxs to understand clients HR Finance SCM and Payroll implementation or support requirements.
- Design and present tailored Workday solutions that align with client requirements and business goals.
- Collaborate with sales delivery and product teams to develop proposals RFP responses and solution demos.
- Manage pipeline growth through strategic outreach and relationship building.
- Stay current with Workday product updates industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Support go to market strategies including solution packaging marketing inputs and client presentations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients during pre-sales and early implementation phases.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for process improvement and automation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining data security and privacy.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team members skills and knowledge of Workday applications.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for technology architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Masters degree in Business HR Finance Computer Science or related field.
- Relevant experience in ERP HCM implementation AMS Support solution architecture or business development.
- Strong understanding of Workday modules e.g HCM Financials Payroll Recruiting.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles and pre-sales engagements.
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable SaaS solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
