Focused on building and maintaining dashboards, preparing WBR/MBR/QBR data packs, weekly deal lists, and managing BAU ticketed requests

Dashboards & Reporting
- Build, maintain, and QA dashboards (xBR dashboard, SA dash, Performance). Dashboards run via Hubble and front-end JS (analyst runs queries and config; devs/engineers own underlying code).
- Refresh Hubble dashboards weekly (refreshes run Mondays) and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Weekly Business Reviews / Decks

Prepare WBR decks and notes: aggregate data, validate, create Google Slides, take refreshed screenshots, craft short written commentary.
- Maintain WBR notes and weekly deal lists (rolling current/prior week spreadsheets).
- Regular Packs & Quarterly Reporting

Create MBR and QBR data packs and support quarter-end reporting.
- Headcount checks and backfills: run checks (e.g., HC counts/IDs) and correct sheet formulas for manual QA.

Ticketing & BAU Operations
- Triaged via Slack and Asana: ~3–5 tickets/week, typically L–XL (multi‑day).
- Handle ad‑hoc requests from sales, F&S, and other stakeholders; create tickets and follow Asana flow.

SQL & Data Work
- Daily SQL usage via Hubble to fetch and validate data. High technical proficiency expected for senior; junior may rely on LLMs to generate/modify queries.
- Analysts do not write back to databases; read‑only data access only.

Manual Process Work
- High amount of manual spreadsheet work, formula updates, chart refreshes, screenshots, and manual QA.

Coordination & Training
- Train contractors on WBR note processes and business context. Coordinate with data engineers & program managers for larger projects and access issues.

- Advanced SQL skills: write, adapt, and troubleshoot queries in Hubble; understand joins, aggregations, windows
- Advanced Google Sheets: SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, array formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting.
- Dashboard experience: building/maintaining commercial dashboards; troubleshoot data-display mismatches.
- Strong written communication: distill data into concise commentary for WBR slides and stakeholder updates.
- GTM / sales ops knowledge: deal lifecycle, pipeline concepts, forecasting basics.
- Operational discipline: triaging and tracking tickets in Asana; clear handoffs via Slack/email.
- Comfortable working under deadlines and ambiguity; methodical QA mindset.
