The Sr Consultant role is pivotal in driving technical excellence and innovation within our hybrid work model. With expertise in Core Java Python and Saviynt Idaas the candidate will contribute to developing robust solutions that enhance our service offerings. This position requires a strategic thinker who can leverage their extensive experience to optimize processes and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced solutions using Core Java and Python to meet business requirements and improve system efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate Saviynt Idaas solutions ensuring seamless identity management and security protocols.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of software applications to ensure high-quality deliverables and minimize operational risks.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of applications ensuring optimal performance and reliability in a hybrid work environment.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications that drive project success.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend strategic enhancements that keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development and identity management.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Lead efforts to automate processes and workflows increasing efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to align technology solutions with strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Document technical processes and solutions to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference. Qualifications
• Demonstrate proficiency in Core Java and Python showcasing the ability to develop complex applications and solutions.
• Exhibit expertise in Saviynt Idaas with a proven track record of successful identity management implementations.
• Possess strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Showcase excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technological advancements.
• Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field with relevant certifications in Java and Python.
• Demonstrate experience in a hybrid work model effectively managing tasks and projects remotely and on-site.
