Job Summary
The Sr. Architect role is pivotal in designing and implementing robust automation architectures within the Finance and Accounting domain. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will leverage their extensive experience to enhance operational efficiency. This position requires a deep understanding of automation technologies and financial processes to drive innovation and streamline workflows.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive automation architecture strategies tailored to the Finance and Accounting domain to optimize processes and reduce manual effort. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and design solutions that align with business objectives. Lead the implementation of automation projects ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. Analyze existing financial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Ensure the scalability and reliability of automation solutions to support the growing needs of the organization. Conduct regular assessments of automation tools and technologies to ensure they meet the evolving requirements of the Finance and Accounting domain. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for automation projects. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented automation solutions making necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency. Document all aspects of the automation architecture including design specifications testing procedures and maintenance protocols. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate team members and stakeholders on the benefits and functionalities of automation solutions. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all automation initiatives.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in automation architecture with a focus on the Finance and Accounting domain. Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing scalable automation solutions. Exhibit proficiency in financial systems and processes with a keen understanding of industry best practices. Showcase excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Have a proven track record of successfully leading complex automation projects from inception to completion. Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
